CONOR Heneghan has kept himself in contention to qualify from Group A of the Modus Super Series after picking up three wins today.
The Mayo man is now four points off the top spot in the group with one day of action still to play, and will need a good run tomorrow if he is to qualify outright for finals night.
It was looking grim early on for Heneghan today when he lost his first two matches to the new Group A leader David Evans and former BDO World Champion Richie Burnett.
However he regrouped to win his final three games on the spin to put himself on 10 points and still in with a shout of qualification.
His winning run began with a last leg victory over another former world champion, Steve Beaton, before also overcoming Justin Heaver 4-3.
Heneghan then rounded his day off with a 4-1 win over Lukasz Waclawski, which leaves him joint-third in the table with one day left to play in Group A.
